How do I know if you’ve received my order?

You will receive an order confirmation in the e-mail address that you specified during the checkout process. This confirmation will include the shipping, billing details and a reference number that you can use to track the status of your order.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order as long as the package has not been packed & departed our shipping facility yet. For order cancellation, please contact shopmaisonlovemarie@gmail.com.

The item I want is out of stock, do you usually restock?
